Vladimir Mikhailovich Razumovsky (born August 19, 1939 ) is the head of the Department of Regional Economics and Environmental Management of St. Petersburg State University of Economics (formerly St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance), vice president of the Russian Geographical Society [1] . Biography
Born on August 19, 1939 in Leningrad. He studied at Leningrad State University. A. A. Zhdanova at the Faculty of Geography (Department of Geomorphology) [1] , after his graduation in 1963, he worked in design organizations for the construction industry until 1981. Since 1981, engaged in scientific activities. In 1981-1984 worked at the Research Institute of Geography, Leningrad State University A.A. Zhdanova. From 1984 to 1991 - Associate Professor of the Leningrad State Financial and Economic Institute. N.A. Voznesensky. Since 1991 - associate professor, then professor at St. Petersburg State University, since 1994 - professor, then head of department at St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. Since 1979 - a candidate, since 1994 - a doctor of geographical sciences [2] .
In 1992 he was awarded the Russian Geographical Society a gold medal named after Pyotr Petrovich Semenov-Tian-Shansky [3] .
