Biography
Born on September 8, 1923 in the village of Second Klyuchiki, Orda District, Perm Territory . Graduated from 5 classes. He worked as a stone carver at a factory in his native village.
In 1942 he was drafted into the Red Army . At the front in World War II since November of that year. He fought in intelligence. Participated in the Battle of Stalingrad , liberated Ukraine . By the spring of 1944, the Red Army soldier Malyshev was an intelligence officer of the 149th Guards Rifle Regiment of the 49th Guards Rifle Division.
On April 8, 1944, near the city of Odessa, acting as part of a reconnaissance group, the Red Army guard Malyshev eliminated the enemy machine gun with the calculation and a large amount of enemy manpower. On April 10, in the battles on the streets of Odessa, he destroyed 2 soldiers and 1 captured.

On October 22, 1944, at the settlement of Kishkunmaysh of the Guard, Sergeant Malyshev with scouts discovered the enemy's machine gun and destroyed it, took 4 infantrymen captive. On February 11-12, 1945, at the village of Samor of the guard, Sergeant Major Malyshev defeated more than 10 infantrymen with a grenade and fire from a machine gun, and captured an officer.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 15, 1946, for the exceptional courage, bravery and fearlessness shown in battles with enemy invaders, the foreman Ivan Malyshev was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree He became a full knight of the Order of Glory.
In 1947 he was demobilized. He returned to his native village, worked on a collective farm. He died in 1993.
He was awarded the orders of World War 1 degree, Red Star , Glory 3 degrees medals.
