Geography

Vladychno village is located 16 km east of Okulovka .

History

Until the spring of 1918, the village of Vladychno was part of the Borovichi volost of the Borovichi district of the Novgorod province [2] [3] .

Since August 1, the village center of the Vladychinsky village council of the newly formed Okulovsky district of Borovichi district of the Leningrad region [3] . In November 1928, the Vladychinsky Village Council was abolished, and the village became part of the Zolotkovsky Village Council [2] . July 30, 1930 Borovichi district was abolished, and since 1944 the district is part of the newly formed Novgorod region.

During the failed all-Union reform on dividing into rural and industrial areas and party organizations, in accordance with the decisions of the November (1962) plenary session of the CPSU Central Committee "on the restructuring of the party leadership of the national economy" from December 10, 1962, the village council and village entered the large Okulovsky rural area , and on February 1, 1963, the administrative Okulovsky district was abolished. The plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU, held on November 16, 1964, restored the former principle of party leadership of the national economy, after which, by a decree of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of January 12, 1965, rural areas were re-transformed into administrative areas and by decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee of January 14, 1965 No. 6 and the Village Council and the village is again in the Okulovsky district [2] . By the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 157 of March 28, 1977, the Zolotkovsky Village Council was abolished, and the village became part of the Inogoschensky Village Council. By the decision of the Novgorod Oblast Executive Committee No. 72 of February 20, 1981, the center of the Inogoschensky Village Council was transferred from the village of Inogoshch to the village of Ozerki with the renaming of the Inogoschensky Village Council in the Ozerkovsky Village Council [2] .

According to the results of the municipal reform , since 2005 the village of the Vladychno Ozerkovsky village council (Ozerkovsky rural administration) is part of the municipal formation - the Ozerkovsky rural settlement of the Okulovsky municipal district ( local government ), subordinated to the administration of the Ozerkovsky rural settlement of the Okulovsky district [4] , and from April 12, 2010, according to the regional law No. 722-OZ of the year, the village became part of the Uglovsky urban settlement.
