Government of Vyacheslav Kebich

The article provides information on the composition of the Council of Ministers of the Byelorussian SSR / Republic of Belarus [1] under the chairmanship of Vyacheslav Kebich, acting in June 1990 - July 1994 (the last Council of Ministers of the Byelorussian SSR and the first government of the independent Republic of Bedarus after the collapse of the USSR on December 26, 1991 of the year).

In accordance with the structure of the Council of Ministers of the Byelorussian SSR, approved by the Decree of the Supreme Council of the Byelorussian SSR of July 11, 1990 No. 126-XII, the Council of Ministers included the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, his deputies, ministers, chairmen of state committees, and the manager of the Council of Ministers. It consisted of the post (without the adoption of special documents) of the heads of the Belarusian Railway, the Belarusian Civil Aviation Administration and the Belarusian Territorial Energy Association.

Composition of the Council of Ministers

After the date of appointment or dismissal of members of the Council of Ministers is the number of the relevant resolution of the Supreme Council of the Byelorussian SSR / Republic of Belarus, a resolution of the Council of Ministers (since 1994 - the Cabinet of Ministers) or a decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus (noted in the notes).

Upon the abolition of ministries and state committees, special documents on the dismissal of ministers and chairmen of state committees were not accepted. Members of the Council of Ministers, whose dates of dismissal are not indicated, acted at the time of the resignation of the government (their powers ceased from the moment they or others were appointed to the new composition of the government).
