Biography

Born on May 9, 1912 in the village of Aleksandrovka (now part of the Vesyolovsky district of the Zaporizhzhya region , Ukraine ). He graduated from elementary school. He worked as a tractor driver.

In the Red Army since 1940. At the front in World War II from October 1943.

Minesweeper of the 1050th Infantry Regiment, Red Army soldier Vasily Vlasov, on the night of April 13, 1944, in the vicinity of the Moldovan village of Bychok, after crossing the Dniester River, destroyed a machine-gun crew, blew up the enemy's bunker and armored personnel carrier.

By order of the 301st Infantry Division dated April 30, 1944, for the courage and bravery shown in battles, Red Army soldier Vlasov Vasily Vasilyevich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 15, 1946, for the exemplary performance of command assignments in battles with German-enemy invaders, senior sergeant Vlasov Vasily Vasilyevich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree, becoming the full holder of the Order of Glory.

In 1945, the foreman Vlasov V.V. was demobilized. He worked as a blacksmith at a factory in the village of Turgenevo, Belogorsky district of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. He died on November 23, 1986. He was buried in Simferopol.

He was awarded the orders of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree, Glories of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree, medals.
