Doctor of Technical Sciences (1974), professor. Academician of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Ukraine and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
Winner of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology .
Author of more than 140 inventions, 20 monographs, 300 scientific works.
Born in a large peasant family. After his father returned from the Second World War, the family moved to Dnepropetrovsk.
He graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Mining Institute , surveyor engineer. Scientific hands - Fyodor Abramov.
In the 1960s, he moved to the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics.
Laureate of them. O. M. Dinnik of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, awarded with letters of the Verkhovna Rada and the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He was awarded the "Miner of Fame" I, II, III degree; medals "For Valiant Labor", a bronze medal "For the progress achieved in the development of the national economy of the USSR", medals "For merits in the cause of invention", medals of Peter I, medals "For the development of medicine and health care" and others.
He was married, daughters Olga and Marina.
He died on May 11, 2003 in Dnepropetrovsk. Buried in the Zaporozhye cemetery .
