Biography
He was born on October 18, 1926 in a village of Zhuravli, Bor district, Nizhny Novgorod region, in a peasant family. Secondary education.
He served in the Red Army since November 1943. He participated in the Great Patriotic War from July 1944. Gunner " SU-76 " 1402 self-propelled artillery regiment, corporal.
On August 1, 1944, in the area of the Lithuanian settlement, Datnovo put down seven enemy firing points and destroyed over a dozen opponents. For courage and bravery shown in battles, on August 30, 1944 he was awarded the Order of Glory of the third degree.
On October 5, 1944, in the area of the settlement of Zhukshiki, located northeast of the Lithuanian city of Kelme, he exterminated over ten enemy soldiers with fire from a gun, disabled a mortar battery and suppressed the fire of four enemy machine-gun points. For courage and bravery shown in battles, on December 1, 1944 he was awarded the Order of Glory of the second degree.
February 3, 1945 in the area of the village of Damerau, located eight kilometers north of Zimmerbud (now the city of Svetly of the Kaliningrad region), along with the calculation, suppressed five machine guns , crashed ten vehicles and defeated the enemy soldiers before platoon . By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 19, 1945, he was awarded the Order of Glory of the first degree for the exemplary execution of command assignments in battles with German-enemy invaders, becoming the full holder of the Order of Glory.
In 1945, demobilized. Member of the CPSU (b) / CPSU since 1947. He lived in the city of Gorky and before retiring, worked as an electrician at the Gorky Automobile Plant .
He died on September 27, 2005. He was buried in Nizhny Novgorod at the Old Avtozavodsky cemetery .
He was awarded the Order of Lenin , orders of the Patriotic War of the first degree, Glory of the first, second and third degree, medals.
