The 1P77 sight was created at the Tochpribor Central Design Bureau (Novosibirsk) by order of the Russian Ministry of Defense in 2005, by S.I. Mikhalenko, T.K. Sinitsyna, T.A. Kuznetsova. Produced by FSUE “ Novosibirsk Instrument-Making Plant ” [1] .
