Amusement Park Bobbejaanland ( Bobbeyanland , literal translation Bobbeyan Country ) is an amusement park in Belgium. The park was founded in 1961 in Lichtaart (Belgium) and named after its founder, singer Bobbeian Schupen , who was popular in Belgium in the 50-60s of the 20th century. It was he who in 1959 decided to create an amusement park. By today's standards, the park was quite small and was divided into only 2 thematic zones: Native American and cowboy.
