The CONMEBOL Beach Soccer Championship 2008 , also known as the Qualification of the 2008 World Beach Soccer Championship (CONMEBOL), is the second South American beach soccer championship held in April 2008 in Buenos Aires, Argentina . The teams that took the first three places ( Brazil , Argentina , Uruguay ) received the right to participate in the 2008 World Cup in Marseille ( France ), which was held from July 17 to 27 [1] .
