Birlik ( Kaz. Birlik , until 2009 - Voznesenovka [1] ) - a village in the Kursimsky district of the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Saryolensky rural district. It is located about 13 km east of the district center, the village of Kursim . The KATO code is 635259300 [2] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 618 people (324 men and 294 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 471 people lived in the village (239 men and 232 women) [3] .
