Toskain ( kaz. Tқsgaiyң , until 1992 - Bobrovka) is a village in the Kursimsky district of the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Toskinsky rural district. The KATO code is 635239100 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 836 people (402 men and 434 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 430 people lived in the village (220 men and 210 women) [2] .
