The 23rd National Football Championship of Armenia for the season 2014/15 is a tournament of the Armenian Premier League, in which 8 clubs took part. The champion title was defended by the capital "Banants" , and Pyunik (Yerevan) became the champion for the 11th time.

For the second time after the transition, the championship was organized according to the autumn-spring system. The tournament began on August 2, 2014 with the match βGandzasarβ - βMikaβ - 2: 1, and ended on May 30, 2015.
Since only duplicate teams participated in the First League , not one of the clubs left the championship in this and the next seasons.

Regulations
Determination of club places in competitions.
1. Team locations were determined by points scored in all matches.
2. In case of equality of indicators in two (except for the case of determining the champion) and more clubs, the advantage was given to the teams that had the following best results in matches between themselves:
- 2.1. More points;
- 2.2. The best scored and missed goal difference;
- 2.3. More goals scored.
3. In case of equality of the indicators specified in paragraph 2 of this article for two (except for the case of determining the champion) and more clubs, the advantage was given to the teams that had:
- 3.1. More wins;
- 3.2. The best difference scored and missed balls;
- 3.3. Determined by lot.
4. The club, which took the last place in the championship, did not leave the Premier League and did not go to the First League .
5. If 2 teams scored the same highest points in all championship matches, the Armenian champion was determined in the βGolden Matchβ between these clubs. The decision regarding the venue and the start time of the match was taken by the Football Federation of Armenia.
Members
At the beginning of 2015, due to the financial crisis, the continued participation of Gandzasar was questionable. But in Kapan, a new club called βGandzasar-Kapanβ opened, which, by decision of the executive committee of the Football Federation of Armenia, was declared a full-fledged successor to Gandzasar.

- Since Pyunik became the winner of the Cup of Armenia-2014/15 , the club that took the 4th place received the right to participate in the Europa-League 2015/16 .
