Adibah Amin ( Malay. Adibah Amin ); ( February 19, 1936 , Johor Bahru , Johor ) - Malaysian writer, writing in Malay and English, translator, film actress. The daughter of a well-known female movement activist Zaynun Suleiman. The real name is Khalidah Adibah.

Short Biography
She graduated from English high school and the University of Malaya (1957). Since 1958, she taught English at the Malay College for Girls in Kuala Lumpur . In 1970 she became the director of the Sri Putri school and a teacher at the Language Institute. From 1971 to 1984, he was a journalist for the New Streets Times, and in the 1990s, for the Star newspaper.
Creativity
It was also published under the pseudonym Sri Delima. The novel in the Malay language “The True Aristocrat” (1950), “The Lotus is Still in the Pond” (1972; translated into Japanese in 1986), “Far but Unforgettable Places” (1985) and in English “The End of the Rainbow” (2006) , more than 200 radio plays, numerous stories. She collaborated with the Star and New Streets Times, where she published articles on how to speak Malay [1]
He is also engaged in literary translation from Malay into English: “Spines on the Road” by Shahnon Ahmad and “The Jungle of Hope” by Chris Mas , poetry by Usman Avant . She starred in three films: Spoiled Sister, 1980), Heart Is Not a Crystal (1989), Mat Som (1990) [2] .
