Ivan Georgyevich Sivko ( 1895 - 1954 ) - employee of law enforcement agencies, senior police major ( 1936 ). He was a member of the special trio of the NKVD of the USSR .

Content
Biography
Born into a peasant family. Education is incomplete secondary. In 1910-1915 he was engaged in agriculture . In 1918 he worked as a telegraph operator .
Member of the RCP (b) since 1919. In 1919, the chief of security of the Voronezh People's Bank. Member of the Civil War, regiment commander.
Since 1920, an employee of the Special Department of the Voronezh Provincial Cheka. Since 1927, Head of the Information Department and Assistant to the Head of the Yaroslavl Provincial Department of the OGPU. In the same 1927, the head of the Votsky regional department of the OGPU [1] .
Since 1934, assistant to the plenipotentiary representative of the OGPU in the Voronezh region. In 1936-1937, Deputy Head of the NKVD Directorate for the Voronezh Region [2] . He was the acting head of the NKVD Directorate for the Voronezh Region instead of A. B. Rozanov, who had not arrived. He was relieved of his post on September 25, 1937. [3] . This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated 30.07.1937 No. 00447 [4] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [5] .
The final stage
In August 1939, he was dismissed from the NKVD due to illness. Since 1943, the Commissioner for the Affairs of the Russian Orthodox Church in the Altai Territory . In 1954, deputy head of the inspection department of the Council for the ROC . He died on October 26, 1954.
