Henner, Evgeny Karlovich

The brother of physicist V.K. Henner ^[2] . In 1969 he graduated from the Physics Department of Perm University. In 1971 - 1972 - laboratory assistant at the Department of Theoretical Physics, Perm University.

In 1972-1985 - assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor of the Department of Mathematical Analysis of the Perm State Pedagogical Institute . In 1973, at Kazan University, he defended his thesis “On Nonlinear Paramagnetic Resonance”.

In 1985 - 2002 - Head of the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering, PSPU ^[3] . In 1989 - 1997 - Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, in 1997-2002 - Dean of the Faculty of Informatics and Economics of the State Pedagogical University (head of the scientific direction at the faculty ^[4] ). In 1991 he defended his doctoral dissertation “Spin dynamics in magnetically diluted solids at low temperatures” at the Kazan Physical-Technical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences with a degree of Doctor of Physics and Mathematics .

Since 2002 - Member of the Scientific Council , in 2002–2005 - Vice-Rector for Informatization, in 2005–2012 - Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Perm University. In 2002–2008 - Head of the Department of Discrete Mathematics and Computer Science of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics , in 2008–2018 - Head of the Department of Information Technologies of PSNIU ^[5] .

Since 1996 - full member of the Academy of Informatization of Education (Russia), since 1998 - full member of the International Academy of Informatization . December 23, 2008 he was elected a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Education in the Department of General Education ^[6] .

EK Henner's early studies were devoted to the creation of a statistical theory of magnetic resonance and the establishment of equilibrium in solid paramagnets with a low concentration of magnetic centers. A consistent static theory of spin dynamics is created, new research methods are developed. A number of works have been published in leading Russian and foreign scientific journals.

Since the mid -1990s, the main scientific interests of E.K. Henner have been transferred to the sphere of educational methods. Under his leadership, a scientific school was created on the use of information technology in education, the participants of which work both in the Perm Territory and in other regions. The fundamental and applied results obtained by him and his students in the field of information technology training of teaching staff are widely known in the country. ^[7]

E.K. Henner conducts significant work as an organizer of the processes of informatization of education. In 1993 - 1997, under his leadership, a series of works was completed, which was awarded the 1997 Presidential Prize. Repeatedly participated in solving the problems of informatization of education at the federal level.

In 1994 - 1995 and 1999 - 2004 he was a member of the working groups of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation developing the state standard for general education in computer science, and in 1994 and 1999, as part of the educational and methodological council, he participated in the development of a standard for training an informatics teacher. In 1997-1999 he was a member of the Scientific and Technical Council for Informatization, and in 2002-2003 - a member of the Federal Council for Informatization of Education at the Ministry of Education.

Since 1998, he has been chairman of the regional coordinating council for the informatization of education and science under the Council of Rectors and the Ministry of Education of the Perm Region .

In 2006, he supervised the preparation of the application of the innovative educational program of Perm State University for participation in the national project "Education" , which won the competition, and for the next two years as the program director ^[8] .

He participated in the international project of the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education "Advanced training in the use of ICT in professional activities", as well as in training seminars for educators of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Baku, 2003) and the Republic of Armenia (Yerevan, 2004).

Since 2002 - member of the dissertation council , specialty 13.00.02 - Theory and teaching methodology (mathematics, computer science) at the Omsk State Pedagogical University .
