Ulguli-Malshi ( Kazakh. Гlgіlіmalshy ) is a village in the Kokpektinsky district of the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Ulgulimalsha rural district. The KATO code is 635069100 [1] .
