Sergey Alekseevich Bitkin ( September 28, 1912 , Penza - 1985 ) - Soviet state and party leader, 1st secretary of the Taganrog city ββcommittee of the CPSU ( 1957 - 1961 ) [1] .

Biography
In 1928 he graduated from the 5 classes. In 1936 he entered the Kazan Aviation Institute . In 1941, without a diploma defense, he was sent to the Kazan Aviation Plant , where he worked as a foreman and shift manager at an assembly shop [1] . In 1942, having defended his diploma, Bitkin went to an aviation factory in Tashkent, where he worked as a foreman, workshop head, deputy head of a workshop, head of a workshop [1] .
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1945 .
In 1950 he was sent to the Academy of Aviation Industry (Moscow). After graduating from the Academy in 1952, Bitkin was sent to Taganrog as the chief controller of the Dimitrov Aviation Plant [1] .
Since 1955, Sergey Alekseevich Bitkin on party work: the secretary of the October Communist Party of the Soviet Communist Party of Taganrog, the second secretary of the CC CPSU [1] .
From 1957 to 1961 S. A. Bitkin worked as the 1st secretary of the Taganrog city committee of the CPSU. During these years, the railway station βTaganrog-Iβ , the Department Store, the October Square , the City House of Culture were reconstructed [1] .
From 1962 to 1968 S. A. Bitkin worked as the head of the department of the Rostov Regional Committee of the CPSU, from 1968 to 1975 - chairman of the Rostov Regional Council of Working People [1] .
