Biography

Born in a Ukrainian working class family. He received an incomplete secondary education by graduating from an external school of 5 classes of a secondary school in Kiev. Member of the RCP (b) since 1920. Member of the Kiev District Committee of the CPB (U) since May 24, 1934, co-opted May 23, 1937, also a member of the Presidium of the Kiev District Election Commission since January 1935.

He was the head of the All-Ukrainian School of Police and Criminal Investigation . Head of the URCM NKVD of the Kiev region from 1934 to August 1937, then until February 1938 of the Stalin region . March 11, 1938 signed by the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Ukrainian SSR A. I. Uspensky , a telegram was sent to all the heads of the NKVD Directorates of the Regions, containing an order to identify the anti-Soviet element among the police officers who are members of the so-called “Ukrainian National Center”. For this case in the Kiev region took the head of the regional department of the NKVD in the Kiev region Alexey Romanovich Dolgushev . As planned by the People's Commissar, this anti-Soviet center was headed by A. I. Ryabotenko.

Arrested in Kiev on February 22, 1938. On March 16, 1938 (according to other sources) he was dismissed [1] from the police under article 33-D (in connection with his arrest). Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on September 26, 1938 to the BMN and shot on the day of the conviction. Rehabilitated by the Military College of the Supreme Court of the USSR on October 3, 1957 posthumously.
