History
Formed on December 31, 1944 by order of the Headquarters of NOAU in Vojvodina in the village of Kiskchan from Voevodina Hungarians. Volunteers previously served in the Slavon and Voivodskaya units. The brigade took over the name from one of the Slavonian battalions. The brigade consisted of only four battalions, reconnaissance and transport companies, sanitary services and quartermaster (a total of 1,200 people). The brigade was in the 16th Voevodinsk Division.
In the first half of January 1945, the brigade served on the left bank of the Drava , south-west of Sentborg . She fought with the Germans, interfering with attempts to cross them through the Drava to Hungary. In mid-January, she moved to Podravina, where, as part of the 16th Voevodinsk Division, she fought for the Virovitica bridgehead in the area between Crntz and Chacavica, and then fought in Podravska-Slatina , Novak, Vashka and Detkovac. On the night of February 9-10, 1945, through Drava, I went to Bartsch , and from there to Baranya . There, from March 6 to March 21, 1945, she participated in the Battle of Bolman , losing 50 dead and 190 wounded.
On March 31, 1945 the brigade was disbanded, the personnel was transferred to the 16th Voivodina Division. Awarded the Order of Brotherhood and unity.
