History
On August 2, 2005, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 31-OZ [2], the municipality is endowed with the status of a rural settlement. The law of the Amur region of November 9, 2011 N 555-OZ [3] Ust-Persky Village Council became part of the Dmitrievsky Village Council.
