Kikino , Smolensk Province -?) - Soviet party and state leader, chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk (1944-1947) and Vinnitsa (1948-1956) regional executive committees. Member of the RCP (b) since 1918. Candidate for membership in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (1956-1960). Member of the Audit Commission KP (b) -KP Ukraine (1952-1956).

Biography
Born into a peasant family. He graduated from the four-year primary school. He worked in agriculture, was a messenger and assistant clerk of the volost administration.
In 1922 he graduated from the Kronstadt artillery courses.
In 1916-1917, he participated in the First World War. He began his service as a private in a rifle brigade, and from May 1916 he fought on the Western Front as a senior fireworker of the 4th Cavalry Corps. In 1917 he was elected chairman of the soldiers' committee of the artillery division. In December 1917 he returned to his native village, where he conducted active propaganda activities.
In the years 1918-1933 - in the Red Army . Member of the Civil War : served as military commissar of the artillery division of the 15th Infantry Division , participated in military operations in the Southern and Polish fronts, as well as in the Far East. In the years 1921-1922 he studied at the artillery courses in Kronstadt . From 1922 he served in Central Asia , from 1928 he served in the military-political service in the Smolensk region.
In 1933-1935 - the head of the political department of the Petropavlovsk machine-tractor station (Dnipropetrovsk region).
In 1935–1937 - First Secretary of the Petropavlovsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk region).
In the years 1937-1938 - and. about. First Secretary of the Pavlograd District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk region).
In 1938-1940 - Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Land Administration.
In the years 1940-1941 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.
In 1941-1943 - the third secretary of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Committee of the CP (b) of Ukraine; simultaneously in October-November 1941 - and Fr. First Secretary of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Committee of the CP (b) of Ukraine.
In 1941–1942 - Commissioner of the brigade area of the air defense ( Millerovo Ordzhonikidze region).
In 1942-1943, he was at the disposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine.
In 1943-1944 - First Secretary of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Committee of the CP (b) of Ukraine.
In the years 1944-1947 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.
In 1947-1948 - the deputy chairman, and in 1948-1956 - the chairman of the executive committee of the Vinnitsa Regional Council.
