Biography
Born in 1905 in the city of Nikolaev, Kherson province, in the family of a boiler plant worker in a shipbuilding plant. He began his career in 1917 at the Nicholas Shipyard named after Marty as a pupil and assistant mechanic. In 1921 he joined the RKSM . He worked as an assistant driver of the railway station Nikolaev , was the secretary of the Komsomol organization of this station. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1925.
- 1926-1928 - worked as a mechanic on the railway, was a member of the Nikolaev Regional Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine.
- 1928-1930 - Passed urgent service in the Red Army . He graduated from the Courses of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine at the Artem Communist University in Kharkov .
- 1934-1937 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of Tsebrikovsky District Council ( Odessa region ).
- 1934-1937 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the New Odessa Regional Council (Odessa region).
- 1938-1940 - Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR in the Nikolaev region .
- 1940-1944 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Nikolaev Regional Council.
- 1941-1944 - at the disposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine, in the Operational Group of the Military Council of the Southern Front , in the Operational Group of the Military Council of the 3rd Ukrainian Front .
- 1944-1947 - the first secretary of the Nikolaev regional committee of KP (b) of Ukraine.
- 1947-1952 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.
- 1952-1954 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Izmail Regional Council.
- 1956-1959 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Crimean Regional Council .
Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 2-4 convocations. Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 1 and 5 convocations. He was a candidate member of the Central Committee of the CP (b) of Ukraine from January 28, 1949 (elected by the ) to September 23, 1952. Delegate of the XVIII Congress of the CPSU (b) (1939) and the XXI Congress of the CPSU (1959).
He died January 22, 1959 in Simferopol .
