History
On November 29, 2004, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 382-OZ [2], the municipality is granted the status of a rural settlement.
The law of the Amur region of May 7, 2015 No. 534-OZ [3] , Pozdeevsky and Verkhnebelsky village councils are combined into Pozdeyevsky Village Council .
