Content
Geography
It is located in the west of the district, 75 km from the district center, the village of Mukhorshibir , on the right bank of the Khilok river, on the national road 03K-006 Ulan-Ude - Tarbagatai - Okino-Klyuchi (136th km). In the south-west of the village there is a bridge of this highway through Khilok.

History
July 12, 1868 a place was consecrated for the construction of the church of the Holy Prophet Elijah [4] . The church was consecrated on November 11, 1872. The church was assigned to the Spassky Cathedral of Selenginsk [5] .
