(4199) Andreev ( Eng. Andreev ) - an asteroid from the group of the main belt , which was discovered on September 1, 1983 by the Belgian astronomer Henri Debeon at the La Silla Observatory and named after the Soviet mathematician and astronomer, academician of the New York Academy of Sciences Gennady Vasilyevich Andreyev ( Tomsk State University ), one of the long-standing organizers of international expeditions to study the phenomenon of the Tunguska Meteorite [1] [2] .
