Biography
He began his career as a turner at a factory. After graduating from the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute , he worked for five years at a virgin state farm in Kazakhstan . Since 1968 he worked at the Pavlodar Tractor Plant , where he went from master to deputy director. From 1983-1985 he was the director of the Kalkaman plant Dormash. In 1985 to 1995 - Director of the Avtokran plant in Ivanovo . He was vice president of the Union of Industrialists of the Ivanovo Region [1] .
For his activities he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor , the diploma "For Works to the Glory of the Holy Church", and the medal of the Holy Right Prince Daniel of Moscow.
Political Activities
In November 1995, Laritsky was nominated as a candidate for deputies of the State Duma in the Ivanovo single-mandate constituency No. 78 by the labor collective of Avtokran joint-stock company and voters. In the elections, he acted as an independent candidate, but was supported by the Union of Industrialists of the Ivanovo Region. In total, 15 candidates ran for the district. During the vote, he managed to win the district with 20.04% of the vote and confidently get ahead of his main competitors: the foreman of the repair technicians of the Krasnaya Talka joint-stock company Valentin Bakulin (nominated by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation ) and the lawyer, coordinator of the Ivanovo city organization of the LDPR Pavel Shapovalov .
In the State Duma, he worked as deputy chairman of the Committee on Property, Privatization and Economic Activities [2] . From January 6, 1996 to October 23, 1999 he was a member of the deputy group "Russian Regions" [3] . He took part in the development and introduced for discussion by the State Duma the bills βOn Bankruptcy (Insolvency)β, βOn the Privatization of State and Municipal Enterprises in the Russian Federationβ, βOn the State Program for the Privatization of State and Municipal Enterprises in the Russian Federationβ.

In his youth he graduated from special courses in stage art, understands directing, loves music, sings.
Family
Married. Has a son, daughter, four grandchildren. Since 2000, permanently resides in Moscow .
