Rudy invites her cellmate Jeff Stoke, a heroin addict, to kill her in exchange for supplying her heroin. For fear that Jeff might tell the police everything to mitigate the term. Captain Acosta, trying to land Rudy, offers Sandy's other cellmate to convince Jeff to testify against Ruby in exchange for an amnesty.
Day after day, Jeff is undergoing assassination attempts by the Strings and Alabama brutality. However, once in a punishment cell and finding a secret passage there, connected to the sewer leading outside the prison, she decides to escape.
