Andre Bettancourt ( French: André Bettencourt ; April 21, 1919 - November 19, 2007 , Neuilly-sur-Seine ) - French conservative politician.

In his youth, Andre Betancourt was a member of the far-right group of Cagulyars . In 1940 to 1942 he collaborated with the Nazi-sponsored La Terre Française newspaper, where he published a number of anti-Semitic articles.
After World War II, he became a member of liberal conservative parties. In 1968, Betancourt was briefly Minister of Posts and Telecommunications. Then he was appointed Minister of Industry (1968-1969). From 1970 to 1971 he was Minister for Cultural Affairs, and in 1973, for a short time, served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of France .
