History
On March 17, 2005, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 457-OZ [2], the municipality is endowed with the status of a rural settlement.
The law of the Amur region of May 7, 2015 No. 535-OZ [3] , Korolinsky and Smelovsky Village Councils of the Oktyabrsky District are merged into the Korolinsky Village Council.
