History
The palace was built from 1480 to 1500 by the architect Mauro Koducci . The architectural feature is the double-arched windows rounded from above and the rusticated masonry of the first floor. In 1542 the building was transferred to the surname Corner . Under the new owners, architect Michele Sanmicheli completely redid the interiors of the palace.
The owner of the building in the XIX century was the famous Venetian collector Giuseppe Salome, who gathered in the palace a large collection of paintings by Pietro Longhi and his contemporaries.
