Biography
Artyom Vitalievich Tsypin was born in Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan Region, on July 14, 1969 . He spent his childhood in Ukraine in the city of Kirovograd.
He studied at the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen . He served in the army. In 1990 he entered the LGITMiK them. N.K.
