There are 34,264 residential buildings in the district, with a building density of about 32.80 buildings per km 2 . Racial composition of the population: white - 97.00%, African - Americans - 1.40%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 0.10%, Asians - 0.60%, Hawaiians - 0.00%, representatives of other races - 0.30 %, representatives of two or more races - 0.80%.
