The album was produced by Jimmy Bowen and Straight himself. The CD gave three country singles on No. 1 Hot Country Songs (If You Ain't Lovin 'You Ain't Livin'; Baby Blue; Famous Last Words of a Fool). The album received moderate reviews from music critics and it reached No. 1 on the country charts Top Country Albums and No. 87 on the Billboard 200 ( USA ), its circulation exceeded 1 million copies and it received platinum status RIAA [3] .
