Icon & The Black Roses

The group was formed in 1999 by vocalist Johnny Aikon, and was called the “Blue Obsession”. Later, the group changed its name first to “Icon”, and then to “Icon & The Black Roses”. After recording a demo, an EP and a debut album, the group disbanded in 2005. Reunited in 2011, Aikon and Rose with a new line-up began work on their second album, which was released in 2013 ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]} . At the same time, one of the songs of the group is included in the soundtrack of the game " Rock Band 3 ".

Music critics often note the similarity of most songs with the work of the Finnish group " HIM " ^{[5] [6] [7]} .
