In the district there are 1,565 residential buildings, with a building density of about 1.00 buildings per km 2 . Racial composition of the population: white - 98.52%, African - Americans - 0.30%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 0.30%, Asians - 0.10%, Hawaiians - 0.00%, representatives of other races - 0.07 %, representatives of two or more races - 0.71%. Hispanics accounted for 0.81% of the population, regardless of race .
