The 1992 Futsal Championship of Ukraine was held with 13 teams and ended with the victory of Zaporizhzhya “ Nadezhda ” [1] .

Tournament
The championship consisted of two parts: the group stage and the final tournament. According to the results of the group tournament, the six best teams that continue the fight for the championship were determined. In the final stage, the six best teams additionally played one game with each other. The points scored in the group stage and the final tournament were summed up, and the team with the maximum number of points became the champion of Ukraine [1] .
The top six were Nadezhda (Zaporozhye), Mechanizator (Dnepropetrovsk), DKhTI (Dnepropetrovsk), Orbit (Zaporozhye), Photopribor (Cherkasy) and Mayak (Kharkov). In the final tournament, “Hope” lost to “Machine Operator” with a score of 2: 3, but won all other matches and won the championship title. The team was represented by FSK Avtomash [2] and performed under the guidance of coaches Yuri Peshekhonov and Yuri Arestenko [1] .
The champions of the Nadezhda were Oleg Zozulya, Alexander Yatsenko (who also became the top scorer of the tournament, scoring 28 goals), Victor Golovatenko, Ramis Mansurov , Roman Sklyar, Sergey Dyuzhenko, Vadim Cherednichenko, Vitaliy Dmitrenko, Taras Vonyarkha, Sergey and Yuri Usakovsky, Roman Smirnov, Eduard Doroshenko, Pavel Shalfeyev and Yuri Arestenko. All mini-football players who became champions received the title of “ Master of Sports of Ukraine ” [1] .
