Orlovka ( Kaz. Orlovka ) is a village in the Borodulikhinsky district of the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the rural district of Stepnoy. It is located about 42 km northeast of the district center, the village of Borodulikha . The KATO code is 633883300 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 236 people (108 men and 128 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 156 people lived in the village (73 men and 83 women) [2] .
