Novopokrovka ( Kaz. Novopokrovka ) is a village in the Borodulikhinsky district of the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Novopokrovsky rural district. It is located about 33 km west of the district center, the village of Borodulikha . The KATO code is 633859100 [1] .

History
From May 8, 1944 to January 2, 1963, the village was the administrative center of the Novo-Pokrovsky district of the Semipalatinsk region [2] . Until December 19, 1993, the village was the administrative center of the Novopokrovsky village council, and since December 19, 1993 it has been the administrative center of the Novopokrovsky rural district [2] .
From January 2, 1963 to January 31, 1966, Novopokrovka belonged to the Borodulikhinsky district , from January 31, 1966 to August 20, 1996 - to the Zhanasemeysky district , from August 20, 1996 it again belongs to the Borodulikhinsky district [2] .
Population
In 1999, the village population was 3260 people (1632 men and 1628 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 2721 people lived in the village (1344 men and 1377 women) [3] .
