According to the 2000 census [1] , 3,551 residents of the 1,548 households and 1,013 families live in the okrug. The population density is 2.00 people per km 2 . In the district there are 1,928 residential buildings, with a building density of about 1.00th building per km 2 . Racial composition of the population: white - 98.45%, African Americans - 0.31%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 0.42%, Asians - 0.11%, Hawaiians - 0.00%, representatives of other races - 0.17 %, representatives of two or more races - 0.54%. Hispanic accounted for 1.04% of the population, regardless of race .
