History
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Primorsky Territory of December 6, 2004 No. 186-KZ “On the Khanka municipal district”. [3]
The Law of the Primorsky Territory of April 27, 2015 No. 595-KZ [4] , Pervomaiskoye and Novokalinskoe rural settlement was transformed, by association, into Novokachalinskoe rural settlement with the administrative center in the village Novokachalinsk .
