History
On December 3, 2004, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 384-OZ [2], the municipality has the status of a rural settlement.
The law of the Amur region of May 7, 2015 No. 539-OZ [3] , Dmitrievsky and Margaritovsky village councils are united into the Dmitrievsky village council .
