The Palestinian Center for Human Rights ( PCHR ; Arabic. المركــز الفلسطيني لحقــوق الإنســـان ) is an independent Palestinian human rights organization based in Gaza City, founded and led by Palestinian lawyer Raja Surani .

HRHR was established in 1995 by a group of Palestinian lawyers and human rights defenders and receives funding from governmental, non-governmental and religious sources.
According to information from the official website, the principles of the organization are as follows [1] :
- Protection of human rights and promotion of the rule of law in accordance with international standards.
- The creation and development of democratic institutions and civil society , as well as the promotion of a democratic culture in Palestinian society.
- Supporting all efforts so that the Palestinian people can exercise their right to self-determination and independence in accordance with international law and UN resolutions.
