Nikolai Pavlovich Ryabushinsky (1877-1951) - Russian philanthropist, a native of the famous Russian merchant clan Ryabushinskys . In Moscow, he owned the Black Swan mansion in Petrovsky Park [2] , and was known as “Nikolasha”, he was not taken seriously, he lived all his fortune before the revolution. [3]
Biography
Born on May 12 (24), 1877 in Moscow.
On the initiative of Nikolai Pavlovich, in March 1907, an exhibition of Moscow Symbolists opened, which went down in the history of Russian art as the Blue Rose exhibition. The exposition was arranged in the house of porcelain manufacturer M. S. Kuznetsov on Myasnitskaya Street .
He died in April 1951 in Nice.
