Career
He started his career in Kharkov “ Selmash ”, spent 46 matches for him and scored 16 goals. He joined Dynamo (Kiev) in 1941, but on June 22 the Great Patriotic War began and he was evacuated from Kiev. Then, since 1946, Pavel continued to play in the Kiev club, in 1948 he became captain. He played in Dynamo until 1955 and played 226 matches and scored 65 goals.
He was a sharp and agile striker with a good shot, for which he was nicknamed "Pasha-goal!".
