Biography
Born on March 4, 1922 in the village of Koltsovka, Vurnarsky district ( Chuvashia ). He worked as a tractor driver, foreman of the field crop brigade of the collective farm. Lenin Vurnarsky district. Member of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 [1] .
He was awarded two orders of Lenin, the Red Banner of Labor, World War II degree, medals.
Highest Reward
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1950 for high production performance, for obtaining high yields of grain crops, Pyotr Prokopyevich Pupin was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle " [1] .
