There are 6,798 residential buildings in the district, with a building density of about 6.00 buildings per km 2 . Racial composition of the population: white - 98.83%, African - Americans - 0.24%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 0.08%, Asians - 0.13%, Hawaiians - 0.02%, representatives of other races - 0.14 %, representatives of two or more races - 0.57%. Hispanics accounted for 0.62% of the population, regardless of race .
