History
On February 16, 2005, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 440-OZ [2], the municipality was given the status of a rural settlement.
By the Law of the Amur Region dated May 7, 2015 No. 540-OZ [3] , the East-East and Andreevsky Village Councils are merged into the East-East Village Council .
