On the territory of the district there are 3 199 residential buildings, with a building density of about 6.00 buildings per km 2 . The racial composition of the population: whites - 98.87%, African Americans - 0.14%, Native Americans ( Indians ) - 0.09%, Asians - 0.40%, Hawaiians - 0.04%, representatives of other races - 0.09 %, representatives of two or more races - 0.37%. Hispanic was 0.46% of the population regardless of race .
In the composition of 29.80% of the total number of households live children under the age of 18 years, 59.00% of households are married couples living together, 8.20% of households are single women without a spouse, 30.20% of households households are not related to families , 27.50% of households are one person, 14.60% of households are elderly (65 years and older) living alone.
