Biography
In 1982 he graduated from the Arzamas State Pedagogical Institute. A.P. Gaidar (in the specialty of physics and mathematics), in 2010 he passed vocational training at the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education Volgo-Vyatskaya Academy of Public Service under the program “State and Municipal Management”.
He began his professional activity in 1982 as a physics teacher at the Vodovatov secondary school of the Arzamas district.
From September 1985 to January 1990 - engineer in the TKO-43 Arzamas experimental design bureau.
From January 1990 to July 1993 - Head of the RCC Arzamas experimental design bureau.
